I hope you’ll bear with me whilst this blog is so new. I’m still playing with the layout. The colourscheme will soon alter to match the magazine a little better, but I’m unsure as to whether to change the header image.
It’s so wistful, so reminiscent of a small oasis in which one can breathe and enjoy an antique novel. It speaks to me of all the reasons I love National Trust properties, those delightful unspoilt patches of a magical, lost European world. I can’t look at it without seeing either Marie Antoinette or Mister Darcy crossing that little bridge. And since my purpose in publishing Your Wardrobe Unlock’d – both magazine and blog – is to help you cross a bridge from fingers and thumbs to artistic brilliance, it seems strangely appropriate.
